Whether you're navigating classroom challenges, seeking new leadership strategies, or wanting to realign your practice with your values, this mentorship provides: Bi-weekly 1-on-1 conversations tailored to your context Reflection-based goal setting to identify where you want to grow Practical tools and mindset shifts inspired by Finnish educational values—trust, autonomy, and well-being Supportive accountability as you apply new strategies over time This is a safe, empowering space to explore your purpose, refine your practice, and lead with intention—whether in the classroom or beyond.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy – Rekla Consulting and Learning Studios To confirm your consultation session, advance booking is required. Clients may reschedule or cancel appointments up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, or no-shows, will incur a 30% cancellation fee based on the full session rate. This fee helps cover time reserved and preparation already completed. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to respectful scheduling.
