Refund Policy

At Rekla Consulting and Learning Studios, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality educational content, training, and services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products (Downloads, PDFs, Toolkits, Course Materials)
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of downloadable content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been delivered or accessed.
If you experience a technical issue accessing a file, please contact us at info@reklaconsulting.com, and we will assist you promptly.
2. Online Courses and Trainings (Self-Paced or Live Virtual)
We do not offer refunds for completed or partially completed online courses. However, if you enroll in a course and are unable to attend or access the content, you may be eligible to:

Transfer your enrollment to a future session (if offered), or

Request credit for a different course of equal or lesser value (within 30 days of purchase)
Requests must be made in writing to info@reklaconsulting.com within 7 days of the original course start date.
3. Consulting Services and Customized Packages
Payments for consulting services, teacher training, or curriculum support are non-refundable once the service has begun. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of the session.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception to this policy, please reach out to us with a detailed explanation. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will do our best to resolve the issue in a fair and respectful manner.
