About Me
I’m Vanessa Speigle, founder of Rekla Consulting and Learning Studios, a place where education is re-imagined with heart, research, and global perspective. With over two decades of experience as an international educator, curriculum developer, and teacher trainer, I’ve worked in classrooms and training rooms across the United States, Middle East, Asia, and Central America.
I hold a Master’s in Education with a specialization in Curriculum and Instruction, and I’m currently completing my Master Trainer certification with CCEFinland, a global leader in Finnish education and teacher development. My work is deeply inspired by Finnish pedagogy, focusing on joyful, student-centered learning rooted in trust, equity, and professional autonomy.
At Rekla, I help educators and schools integrate these principles into practical solutions through professional development, curriculum design, and ready-to-use strategies that foster confident, creative classrooms.
Beyond the classroom, I’m a lifelong learner, a wife and mom, and someone who believes deeply in the power of intentional teaching to make a lasting impact.
